Tucked into Junipine Sedona forest area are fifty cabins or condos the Junipine Sedona resort likes to call creekhouses. The creekhouses are nicely distanced to give each one luxurious privacy, keeping noise silent from other residences.

The Junipine Sedona creekhouses are clean and beautifully decorated with a lovely decor, sparking warmth and coziness from the moment one enters. Each one comes with a full kitchen, a living & dining area with a stocked and easy to use fireplace, and a terrace wood deck. They come in a spacious one bedroom, one bath or a spacious two bedroom, two baths. Spacious is everyone's comment and easy to accommodate more than one would think. Lofts and pull-out beds could accommodate more than a one or two bedrooms would imply. Even the bathrooms are large. Some have a separate dressing/vanity room right outside the bathroom.

Even with the Junipine Sedona creekhouse coziness that is one does not come to Sedona. Sedona is for the outdoors and Junipine Sedona offers a serene and often spoke of creek view. Some creekhouses have included a hot tub on the deck, and then add an Oak Creek view with some tremendous red rock views for complete serenity. Even those creekhouses not listed as creek view can offer a serene view of the trees plus the creek a wrap around deck. Still it is best to see if a one can reserve a creekhouse with a creek view and double check that view status at check-in.

The Junipine Sedona view can also be seen to with the ears. Hearing nature is as important as seeing it. Relax, and listen to the creek from the deck. Or be serenaded by blue birds and while watching other wildlife. Just remember this is a creek and not a river.

Junipine Sedona Resort Favorites


Favorite amenities of the Junipine Sedona creekhouses are the fireplaces and hot tubs. While all creekhouses come with a fireplace, some come with two. One in the living/dining area and another in a bedroom, both usable and stocked. The fireplace in the bedroom adds to any romantic evening.

Also, getting a creekhouse with a hot tub is a favorite. Enjoying a hot tub on the deck while watching a sunset or sunrise is not to be missed. In the winter experience a hot tub during a snow on deck. Stargazing in the hot tub is another Junipine Sedona favorite. Just be sure to reserve a creekhouse with a hot tub on a deck if that is what is desired.

Junipine Sedona Eats


Junipine Sedona creekhouses have full kitchens. Cooking yourself and dining on the deck with the sounds of Oak Creek cannot be beat. The kitchen has large cabinets, appliances, and is very nicely stocked, with most necessary implements. Can't find something? Housekeeping is available within minutes. Be sure to bring plenty of food as the kitchen has everything you need. Still, many on vacation don't want to cook. Junipine Sedona resort has a convenient restaurant for break, lunch, and dinner; it even has room service. Again the deck is highlight, as the restaurant has deck for every to enjoy eating outside.

Junipine Sedona Location


One of the true joys of Junipine Sedona resort is the location. Outside of the turmoil of Sedona, still only ten-fifteen minutes away. Junipine Sedona resort is secluded and quiet, but when shopping and modern activities are needed, they are conveniently and easily available. One has scenery and space at the Junipine Sedona resort with an option of shopping close but not drowning in strip malls and shops. Being only a few miles north of Sedona also places Junipine Sedona resort in the center of Oak Creek Canyon, actually on Oak Creek. After the heat and never ending crowds of Sedona, Junipine Sedona resort is a welcome and surprising respite. Cool forest pine air, creek running through, and completely different experience from touristy Sedona; while still being a nice complement to the arid red rock country of typical Sedona.

Junipine Sedona Outdoors


A favorite of guest is the trail behind the resort, nice hiking. Also in hiking distance of Junipine Sedona resort is Slide Rock State Park being only a half mile. More hiking at A.B. Young trail which begins only with a five minute jaunt from the Junipine Sedona resort. Then there is the exploration of Oak Creek Canyon which Junipine Sedona is a part of. Then there is secluded sanctuary of the creekhouse everyone can return to while not ever really leaving nature.

Junipine Sedona Modern Amenities


If inclement weather destroys a day's plans, you can check out free movies at the front desk. They have a huge DVD collection of top movies. Nice on a snowy or rainy day, with the fireplace going. Most of the Junipine Sedona creekhouses have a television with a DVD player.

Staying in communication is possible with free internet wifi available. One may need to check where connection and speed is best depending on creekhouse, but is available throughout property. Try the deck with a morning coffee and checking email for a fusion of nature and the outer bustling world.
